Abstract
A rapid LC/MS/MS method was developed for the simultaneous determination of rosmarinic acid, caffeic acid and ferulic acid. The mobile phase of HPLC was methanol-0.1% ammonium acetate aqueous solution. As to MS/MS,multi-reaction monitoring(MRM) scan was employed, and a complete analysis can finished in three minutes. The calibration curves for three analytes were linear in the range from 5 ng\5mL~(-1) to 500 ng\5mL~(-1).The developed method was rapid, accurate, robust and convenient, and it was applied to the measurement of rosmarinic acid, caffeic acid and ferulic acid concentrations in water-soluble extract of rosemary with satisfactory results.
