Abstract

Objective To know the infectious situation of Hepatitis B Virus among freshers of Chang-chun universities in 2004-2006.Methods The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect serum marks HBsAg,Anti-HBs,HBeAg,Anti-HBe,Anti-HBc.Results All negative rate of HBV serum marks among 10 696 freshmen was 54.62%,the positive rate of HBsAg was 5.57%.The positive rate of HBsAg among freshmen in 2004、2005、2006 , were 6.09%,4.86%,5.78% respectively the positive rate of HBsAg male and female were 6.96% and 4.11% respectively.Among total HBsAg positive.the total positive of HBsAg,HbeAg,Anti-HBc was 52.01%.The all positive of HbsAg,Anti-HBe,Anti-HBc was 36.08%.Among total HBsAg positive. The rate of positive HBsAg to immunization and unimmunization were 4.15% and 7.31% respectively. Conclusion 54.62% freshmen of Chang-chun universities were susceptable to Hepatitis B Virus in 2004-2006.The positive HBsAg was higher in male than in female. The positive HBsAg was lower in the group of HepB immization than unimmunization. In order to prevent the infection of hepatitis B in universities, the work of immunization with hepatitis B vaccine should be strengthened.
