Abstract

Objective:Purpose:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin Prescription in treating chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods:Fifty cases of chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into the treated group(30cases) and the controlled group(20cases) to evaluate the total therapeutic effect,24 hour urine protein, blood creatinine, the urea nitrogen and blood uric acid three months later. Results:There was a remarkable difference(P0.01;P0.05) between the treated group and the controlled group in the effect rate.In the aspect of improving the 24 hour urine protein, blood creatinine, the urea nitrogen and blood uric acid, the treated group was better than the controlled group(P0.05).Conclusion:Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin Prescription can enhance the clinical curative effect in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.
