Talking about the Physical Education in Colleges on the Basis of the Quality-oriented Education

According to the connotations, the characteristics and the essence of quality-oriented education, this paper gives detailed analysis of problems in teaching, teaching method and evaluating system of physical education in colleges. Thereby, it advances the idea of implementation of quality-oriented education into physical education, whose emphasis should be laid on the improvement of students' ability , cultivation of personality and the development of all-round quality in physical education.
