Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of community intervention to health behaviors of hypertension patients and its treatment result.Methods Under systematic community intervention upon 516 hypertension patients in Pingshan town and follow visit for three years.Compare health behaviors and blood pressure in community intervention front and behind.Results After the community intervention had been implemented for three years,the health behaviors of hypertension patients were greatly improved and the treatment results was much better than that of three years before (P0.01).Conclusion Community intervention is effective methods for preventing and treating hypertension.
