On the Current Situation of Students' Employment Guidance in Higher Vocational College and Its Strategies

Under the new situation of popularization of higher education,the students' employment in higher vocational colleges is confronted with severe challenges.At present,there exist some problems in the students' employment guidance,such as short-sighted view of employment guidance,sluggish mode,etc.This paper comes up with the following corresponding strategies: to improve the students' practical skills;to build up a professional employment guiding team of high quality and to carry out the idea of serving the local economy.
