The Promotion of University Employment through Vocational Guidance

The employment problem of college students is the key of the work of colleges and universities. One of the reasons of employment difficulty is the severe employment situation at present,another reason is that the college students' own professional quality is not high enough. Through analysing the present situation and reasons of college students' employment difficulty, this paper supports the guidance role, bridge role, incentive role and supporting role of which the vocational guidance work has played in university students' employment. And these all are fully reflecting the importance of the work of career guidance in colleges and universities.
