Abstract
With the development of society the employment situation for higher vocational students becomes more and more serious.Furthermore,there exist certain disadvantages of employment guidance work in higher vocational colleges of our country at present.It is very urgent to innovate in higher vocational students' employment guidance work mode.Combining the actual condition of employment guidance work in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the assumption on the innovation of higher vocational students' employment guidance work mode,and provides theory reference for students' employment guidance work.
