Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the ET-1,Cys-C,RBP and NAG of early diagnosis in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Method:88 patients with diabetes were selected in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012,they were divided into non albuminuria group, microalbuminuria group and clinical albuminuria group according to urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER),30 health physical examination patients were selected as control group, the changes of ET-1,Cys-C,RBP and NAG were measured and compared in four groups.Result:ET-1,Cys-C,RBP and NAG of patients with diabetic nephropathy group were significantly increased (P0.05),and the indicators of microalbuminuria group and clinical albuminuria group were significantly higher than those in without proteinuria group, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05);Clinical albuminuria group had the highest positive rate contained ET-1 86.2%,Cys-C 79.3%,RBP 89.7% and NAG 93.1% respectively, and increase of positive rate had certain correlation with the excretion of proteinuria. Conclusion:The ET-1,Cys-C,RBP and NAG are higher in the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients in positive detection rate, can be used as a basis of diabetic nephropathy for early diagnosis.
