Abstract
Objective To investigate the status of job satisfaction of nurses in surgical quality nursing services demonstration wards,and provide reference for deepening the high quality nursing services.Method A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 130 nurses in the surgical high quality nursing services demonstration wards.Result The score of nurses' job satisfaction was 27~102(68.45±13.23),in the middle level.The lowest scores of nurses' satisfaction was by work in less than 5 years.Conclusion Nursing managers should continuously assess nurses' demands at the different development stages of career,provide effective organizational support systems to improve nurses' job satisfaction,in order to further deepen and lay a solid foundation for high quality nursing services.
