The influence of evaluation of the 3 grade class-A hospital on nurse′s cognition of high quality nursing service

Objective To investigate The influence of Evaluation of the 3grade class-A hospital on nurse′ s cognition of high quality nursing service.Methods Convenience sampling 455nurses to questionnaire survey in October 2011and October 2012respectively by using Mccloskey/Mueller satisfaction scale(MMSS)which about the impact of quality care demonstration project on nursing job satisfaction.Results The overall condition of the job satisfaction of nursing reached general satisfaction.The satisfaction of nurses on scheduling,being approve and praise and social benefits improved significantly through quality care demonstration project.Conclusion The evaluation of the 3grade class-A hospital puts the quality care demonstration project into practice.And the launching of quality care demonstration project push the development and innovation of service mode adapting to the clinical nursing.Nurses′working enthusiasm and sense of mission are improved greatly,and it is helpful to raise the job satisfaction of nurses.
