Mathematics teachers professional growth has important significances in science implementing , healthy growing of the new mathematics curriculum and improving theory of mathematics curriculum and teaching .At present , assignments of mathematics teachers professional growth are changing mathematics education belief, mathematics education subject knowledge and strengthening capability of implementation of the new mathematics curriculum and researching
