Efficacy Analysis of 80 Cases of Diabetic Hyperlipidemia Treated by Simvastatin

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of simvastatin treatment of diabetes hyperlipidemia.Methods simvastatin dose 20mg,1 night,2 weeks.Result TC,TG and LDL-C after two weeks of treatment are significant decline(P0.01),HDL-C was significantly higher(P0.01) after 2 weeks of treatment.Conclusion Simvastatin is easy to be taken and has fewer adverse reactions.The patients can tolerate adequately and the curative effect is certain.
