Analysis Different doses of simvastatin treatment the curative effect of coronary heart disease associated with hyperglycemia and adverse reactions

Objective To analysis the different doses of simvastatin treatment the curative effect of coronary heart disease associated with hyperglycemia and adverse reactions. Methods In patients with hyperlipidemia 60 cases with coronary heart disease(CHD) and all 30 cases were divided into control group and observation group,were given simvastatin low dose(20 mg/d),the conventional dose(80 mg/d) treatment. Results Compared with control group,the observation group of low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) and serum cholesterol(TC) to improve significantly. Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease associated with hyperlipidemia,given routine dose simvastatin treatment can effectively improve the effect of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c).
