Abstract

The 15th National Congress of the CPC dictates: Rule of law,build socialist state governed by law.And make it fundamental policy.Achieving rule of law will be our long-period hard-struggling task.According to the basic situation of our country,strengthening Countryside Democracy and Legal System is of essential importance to the construction of rule by law.This paper discusses the necessity of strengthening Countryside Democracy and Legal System construction and ways to achieve it.
