The construction of new socialist countryside should be guaranteed by the perfect legal system.After the reform and opening-up,the construction of legal system in rural areas has made positive progress.But compared with that in the cities,there is still a big gap between both of them.Therefore,under current circumstances,as the important factor in building well-off society,the legal construction in the new countryside should be guided by the scientific development concept,which should start from perfecting laws and regulations,enhancing the legal awareness of the farmers,strengthening law enforcement and supervision in rural areas.
