A Research on Legal Construction in Today's Countryside and Its Measures

Abstract
The rule of law in countryside is an important component of building a socialist country under the rule of law,is difficulty and importance of legal construction in China,and is in the key status in the process of the rule of law.But,at present there are some questions and difficulties in the legal construction in the countryside.Therefore it is far from the requirement of building a new and harmonious socialist countryside.This article is based on the analysis of the reasons of the problems of the rule of law in the countryside,the corresponding measures advised are the following:developing the rural economy,perfecting the rural law system,increasing the Legal Education,improving the operating mechanism of the rule of law in the countryside,and reinforcing the ideological and moral education of the farmers.
