Abstract

Wen Xin Diao Long written by Liu Xie is the first article about history criticism in China, and his thought of history has far-reaching influence. Liu Zhiji developed his thought, and wrote Shi Tong so as to comment history. This article aims at making a brief comment on the succession and decelopment about theory of historical criticism between the two writers.
