Exploitation of Culture Tourist Resources of Western Hunan and Protecting Measures

The cultural tour was developing rapidly at present,and the development and protection of the culture tourist resources were the foundation that the cultural tour was being depended on for existence and development.Regarded as the settlement of Tujia and Miao nationality,Western Hunan showed simple and unsophisticated,magical and unique historical site remains,national culture with deep accumulation and unique striking folk custom art form.Based on the commentary on the development of resources of the cultural tour of West of Hunan,its protection characteristic and special function,this paper analyzed its existing problem and proposed strategy conceiving and countermeasures.
