Abstract

Objective To investigate the methylprednisolone treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with AECOPD effect and the optimal dose and regimen. Methods 90 patients included in AECOPD were randomly divided into 30 cases of low-dose group, middle dose group,30 cases,30 cases of high-dose group.Low-dose group to methylprednisolone 40mg ivgtt qd,treatment 5-7d;in methylprednisolone dose to 80mg ivgtt qd,treatment 5-7d;high dose methylprednisolone 160mg ivgtt qd,treatment 5-7d.Results The dose and high dose group significantly better than low dose group(P0.05);middle dose group and high dose group after treatment, blood gas analysis was better than the control group(P0.05);middle dose group and high dose After treatment, lung function improved significantly better than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of methylprednisolone dose did not significantly increase with the application of the enhanced application of the best intravenous dose of 80mg per day, duration of treatment was 1 week.
