On Property Rights Reform of China's Rural Credit Cooperative System

The property rights of rural credit cooperatives reform of the system are the core of the reform of rural credit cooperatives.The problem is analyzed,which exists in the current system of property rights of China's rural credit cooperatives,such as property rights are not clear,perfect corporate governance structure,credit unions do not meet the principle of co-operation.On this basis,suggestions that rural credit cooperatives should clarity the property of the public accumulation,improve the legal structure,reduce the historic burden of rural credit cooperatives,improve the financial environment and so on,are given.
