Epley Repositioning Maneuver Treatment in Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Particle Repositioning Maneuver Treatment on Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo(BPPV).Method: A total of 43 cases of BPPV from May,2005 to December,2010 were reviewed retrospectively.Results: 36 cases were cured,4 cases had some improvement,3 cases were invalid.Conclusion: Particle Repositioning Maneuver Treatment is cheap,effective and safe for BPPV.
