Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of particle repositioning maneuver on benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Method Totally 43 cases of BPPV were treated by means of different particle repositioning maneuveres according to the affected canal.Results One week after the last treatment for 43 patients of BPPV,32 cases were cured;9 cases had effects.The totally effective rate was 95.3%(41/43).Conclusion Particle repositioning maneuver is a safe,easy,cheap and effective treatment method for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
