Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization,a large number of land-expropriated farmers are emerging in the construction of harmonious society.The phenomenon of difficult employment for the land-expropriated farmers appears because of the imperfect legal system and the backward idea.So we should guide the farmers to transform the idea,realize employment to solve a series of social problems brought by the land-expropriated farmers.
