Brief Discussion on Solving Problems for Lost-land Farmers with National Means

Local government in the process of urbanization has expropriated a great deal of farmers’ land since the opening-up and reform. These peasantry of lose their land not only lack of employment opportunity in city’s industry and service department, but also lack of social security. This article thinks we can’t only expect the land-expropriated farmers themselves to resolve the issue. Furthermore, as to construct the harmonious society and socialism new rural areas, the government that changes its concept should construct the system of social security by the means of nation to resolve the issue of land-expropriated farmer.
