Factors of Influencing Land-expropriated Farmers' Re-employment and Countermeasures

Land-expropriated farmers are the outcome of urbanization ,but they are facing rigorous re-employment . The reasons are the unbalance of workforce supply and demand ,low culture and technical quality of land-expropriated farmers and their backward ideas. The fundamental ways to solve the problem of land-expropriated farmers' re-employment are to develop the native economy and to improve land-expropriated farmers' integrated quality through vocational training to better their employment competition ability .In addition,the special policies of government and establishment of guarantee system for elder people will promote Land-expropriated farmers' employment and the stability of their lives.
