Abstract

Objective The test was to establish the deternination method of hesperidin in Renshenjianpi pill.Methods The HPLC was used to edterminate its content.Results For hesperidin,the linear range was 0.35～4.2μg,r=0.9995,the arerage recovery was 99.98% and RSD was 1.54%(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,acurate and to suit for applying to quality control of the preparation.
