Effect of Weilejian on Pathology in Gastric of Rats with Helicobacter Pylori Associated Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective: To observe the effect of Weilejian on pathology in gastric of rats with Helicobacter pylori(Sydney Strain 1,ss1) associated chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods: HP associated chronic atrophic gastritis models were induced(Rats were treated with sodium deoxycholate,then fed-J yuansuan Bijia Pian for clear rat stomach bacteria,And cultured HP(ss1) were orally administered).HP associated CAG rats were randomly divided into the groups treated with Weilejian with different doses.Inflammatory reaction,the thickness and the number of gastric glands,the number of parietal cells and chief cells in rat gastric mucosa were observed.Results: Weilejian can significantly increase body weight(P0.05~0.01),can significantly increase the number of gastric glands,the glands thickness,the number of primary cells(P0.05~0.001) and significantly reduce the indicators of gastric inflammation(P0.001) for HP associated CAG.Conclusion: Weilejian can significantly improve the rat gastric tissue for HP associated CAG.
