Insurance Lock" of Insurance Industry--Interpretation of the New Insurance Law

Abstract

The paper briefly reviews the formation of legal system of insurance market in China, analyses and introduces the new insurance and compares the new insurance law with the old one, showing that the new insurance law will play an important role in promoting the sound and sustainable development of China' s insurance industry.
