Abstract

Amendment of insurance law is based on the protection of policyholders. The new insurance law enhanced the power of CIRC. The new insurance law lay a legal foundation of the insurance industry’s development and enhancing of the Core Competence. The new insurance law will come into effect on Oct.1,2009.It will affect insurance industry seriously. Insurance industry should take effective actions.
