Abstract

The problem of our insurance legal system exists in the Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China and the lack of assistant mechanism of the insurance law of application.It is necessary to amend the Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China,strengthen the research of the insurance law of application and establish the assistant mechanism of the insurance law of application with a view to protecting and promoting the healthy development of the insurance business.
