Expression of serum pepsinogen in persons infected with helicobactor pylori

Abstract

Objective: To study the relationship between serum pepsinogen and helicobacter pylori.Methods: Serum psinogenpeⅠ(PGⅠ)and psinogenpeⅡ(PGⅡ) were detected in 126 normal persons,94 persons with anti-HP antibody(IgG) weakly positive,201 persons with anti-HP antibody(IgG) positive and 97 cured case.Results: There was the remarkable difference in serum PGⅠand PGⅠ/ PGⅡ positive group and the control group(P0.05).Serum PGⅠand PGⅠ/ PGⅡ in the positive group and the cured group showed the significant difference(P0.05),while there was no difference in serum PGⅠand PGⅠ/ PGⅡ weakly positive group and the control group,and in weakly positive group and the cured groups(P0.05).Serum PGⅠand PGⅠ/ PGⅡ levels in cured case group showed no significant differences compared to those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion: Serum psinogenpeⅠ(PGⅠ)and psinogenpeⅡ(PGⅡ) levels are closely related with anti-HP IgG,serum psinogenpeⅠ(PGⅠ)and psinogenpeⅡ(PGⅡ) level are the indexes of HP cured case.
