Treatment of Cardiac Tongmai Clinical Observation of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the particle treatment of cardiac Tongmai the clinical efficacy of chronic heart failure.Methods:90 patients with chronic heart failure patients with qi stagnation and were randomly divided into three groups for the Chinese medicine group(cardiac Tongmai granules treatment group),the western medicine comparing with TCM group(cardiac Tongmai oral granules while oral conventional western medicine),Western medicine control group(conventional western medicine group),were treated for 4 weeks,cardiac function before treatment,after treatment,the classification changes,scoring points with heart failure and treatment of TCM symptom score before and after comparison studies to determine efficacy.Results:The efficacy of the western medicine comparing with TCM group is best,better than the other two groups,three groups were statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion:Cardiac Tongmai particles is an effective drug for the treatment of chronic heart failure,with the western medicine can significantly increase efficacy.
