Abstract

Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Zaizaonongsuo pills.Method:The content of naringin were chosen as the main index.The alcohol extraction process was optimized by orthogonal design.Result:The optimal process was 8 times 70%alcohol, extracting 2 times and 1 hour each time.Conclusion:The optimal extration process is reasonsable.
