Clinical Observation about Using Moxibustion with TCM to Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective Analysis of warm acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine clinical efficacy of treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods Warm acupuncture treatment group 1 time/d,every other day for 4 times for a period of treatment cycles,while in the 5d start taking medicine by the former,continuous take 1 week,3 to 5 consecutive treatment menstrual cycles.Control group of compound paracetamol tablets symptomatic treatment,3 to 5 days for treatment,treatment of 4 to 6 consecutive menstrual cycles.6 months after the effective evaluation of the menstrual cycle.Results Treatment group,34 cases,12 cases were cured,accounting for 35.29%,improved in 22 patients(64.71%),2 patients recovered with the control group(5.88%),improved in 9 cases(26.47%),23 cases were ineffective(67.65%) compared There was significant difference in total effective rate was 100% 32.35% compared with the control group there was a significant difference.Conclusions To warm acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine treatment of primary dysmenorrhea can significantly improve the patient's dysmenorrhea status,and its long-term efficacy is much higher than that of Western medicine treatment of symptomatic pain,is worthy of further promotion and research.
