Study on the Development of Scientific Research Management System in Traditional Chinese Medicine Colleges

Abstract

The paper points out the new problems that scientific research management work in colleges are facing to and expounds that fully utilizing internet will be the only way to solve the problems.It introduces the design of three-layer scientific research management information system from system content,developing environment and structure to realize the aim of dynamic managing scientific research information in traditional Chinese medicine colleges.
