Abstract
The direct right of claim of third party in liability refers to the motor vehicle third party liability insurance,meaning that the third party in liability may claim the compensation form the insurer directly according to the law or the contract.The current law has not given to motor vehicle insurance the third party enjoying the direct claim.In the existing legislation situation,the road traffic accident damage compensation cases should be dealt with by the world's major legislation of national legislation,and should be decided on the actual situation,the range of the third person victim,giving the motor vehicle traffic accident damage compensation cases of vulnerable the third party claim directly.
