Abstract
In liability insurance,that is liability insurance of third party,nature of third party is the basic and fundamental feature of liability insurance.This paper is to argue nature of third party of liability insurance is the fundamental characteristic of liability insurance from the perspective of legal status of third party of liability,basis of right of claim of third party as well as its significance.
