Abstract

[Objective] The determination of puerarin content of Pueraria lobata(Willd) was established.[Method]HPLC was adopted.The analysis was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column.The mobile phase was methanol-water(80∶10,V/V).The detection wavelength was 250 nm.[Result] The linear range of 0.242-2.42 mg/ml was good.The average recovery was 99.29%.[Conclusion] The method is simple and rapid,and it could be used for the quantitative analysis of puerarin in Pueraria lobata(Willd).
