Abstract

Objective:To investigate HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in GuiLingGao(GLG).Methods:Using acetonitrile-phosphoric acid(13∶87)for mobile phase,327 nm for detection length,the chlorogenic acid of sample was reserved for 11.790.Results:The linear rang was from 0.0440 to 2.8186 μg,and the average recovery was 96.94%,RSD%= 1.44%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and reproducible,so it can be used as the quantitative analysis methods for quality control and production.
