Viewing Chinese Public Participation in Legislation from Property Law-Making

The width and extent of public participation in legislation are two important standards to evaluate democratization level of legislation in one country.From the situations of public participation in The Property Law-making,we can found that Chinese present public participations in legislation have three tendencies: enlargementalization of participation width,strengthenization of participation extent,and groupalization of participation people.Simultaneously,there exist such problems as incomplete institution construction,insufficient organization extent and unbalanced ability of participation,etc.in the Chinese present public participation in legislation.Solution of these problems depends on the strengthening of relative institution construction,the expansion of interest expression channels,and the improvement of ability of public participation.
