Public Participation in Legislative Process: Changes and Perfection

There are direct participation and indirect participation of public participation in legislative process.Direct participation is a particular concern by the public.Direct participation can make up for the shortcomings of representative in line with democratic development,and enhance the legitimacy of the law and play a role in protecting the people.So in legislation process,adopting direct participation and combining direct participation with indirect participation under the frame of the people's congress system can strengthen democracy,promote ruling of law in China.
