Abstract
The public's participation in goverment legislation is explicitly stipulated in the Constitution and the laws and regulations,which increasingly shows its importance and urgency in the changing society of China.But there are still some prominent problems in the public's participation in government legistation in current China such as the sole form of the public's participation and the sense of participation to be weak,which should be improved by legislative protection,publicity and education and other channels.
