Abstract

The paper illustrates the construction contract and the ways how to manage the construction contract,analyzes the principles for the construction claim,sums up the operation steps for the claim and some precautious problems,and points out the sound economic benefits can be brought to enterprises as long as the attention is paid to the contract management and claim management in the construction and management process,so the competitiveness of the enterprises will be improved in the architectural market.
