Abstract

The paper explores the construction contract management methods for the construction enterprises,and illustrates the working main points and precautions of the contract management of the construction enterprises from the period before the contract signing and the contract implementation,so as to direct the construction enterprises to have effective control of the operation status of the whole architectural programs,and realize the expected aims.
