Abstract
The production of hydrogen by anaerobic fermentation of glucose disposed by digested sludge is studied. The results show that the yield of hydrogen increases by controlling pH value and sludge residence time(SRT)during anaerobic acidogenic stage. The hydrogen production capacity can reached 2 298L/L·d and the COD-glucose loading rate is 8 7kg/m 3 per day under the conditions of pH=5 0 and SRT=6h.
