Abstract
Objective:To understand the community of family intervention on diabetes treatment and control of diabetes and the active role.Methods 136 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into control group and intervention group compared the 68 cases observed,the evaluation of family intervention on the impact of the rehabilitation process of patients with diabetes.Results:family intervention,the therapeutic effect of the intervention group than the control group.Discussion:To take full advantage of the favorable community health resources and form a good recovery in patients with diabetes,treatment environment,community health care of diabetic patients would be the best way to home-based rehabilitation interventions.
