The Analysis of Effect of Diabetes of Community Intervention

Objective To assess intervention effects,and seek effective diabetes interventions of prevention and treatment of diabetic patients in the community health center.Methods Health survey was conducted among 1572 people over age of 45 in this community,126 cases of diabetic patients were detected for the study.Community health education and intervention were organized and planned in a year,the effect was observed.Results After a comprehensive community health service intervention,awareness was significantly higher in patients with risk factors(P0.01),lifestyle,behavior,and prevention compliance was significantly higher(P0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention through the community health services platform,looking out to the masses willing to accept effective measures,which can significantly improve diabetes prevention and treatment effect.
