Abstract
【Objective】 To analyze and compare the absolute counts of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and the relative count evaluation on immune function in patients with acute leukemia. 【Methods】 The percentage of lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were measured in 106 AL patients who included 67cases of acute myeloid leukemia(AML) and 39 patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL), and 30 normal people by flow cytometry, combined with the number of lymphocytes in the blood of the calculated CD3+,CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD8+, CD3-CD19+, CD16+CD56+lymphocyte count. 【Results】 Compared with the normal control group, ALL group, CD3+and CD8+T lymphocyte percentage were significantly increased(P 0.01), the ratio of CD4+/CD8+decreased significantly(P 0.05), CD3-CD19+B lymphocyte percentage and NK cell percentage of CD16+CD56+was significantly decreased(P 0.01); group AML, CD3+, CD4+and CD8+T lymphocyte percentage were significantly elevated the percentage of B lymphocyte, CD3-CD19+and NK cell percentage of CD16+CD56+also decreased significantly(P 0.01); acute leukemia patients with CD3+, CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD8+,CD3-CD19+, CD16+CD56+cell absolute count compared with the normal control group were decreased in different degree. 【Conclusion】 Compared with the relative counts of lymphocyte subsets, the absolute count more objectively reflect the changes of immune function in patients with acute leukemia body.
