Abstract
Objective To establish a rapid cost-effective method for extracting genomic DNA from human peripheral blood. Methods DNA was isolated from human peripheral blood by the methods of phonl/chloroform,NaCl's precipitation and kit.The DNA was used as template, then tumor necrosis factor related apoptosis inducing ligand(TRAIL) gene fragment was amplified and identificated by PCR.Results The genomic DNA extracted by methods of phenol / chloroform and kit was in large amount with less blood, and the results of DNA amplification were stable. Conclusion Phenol / chloroform extraction is a stable, efficient and economical method, and it could be used to handle a large number of clinical samples.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
